FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

We want to ensure that our clients have all the information they need about our pressure washing services. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions that we receive at Dronewash360. If you don't see your question answered, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

  • Are our detergents eco-friendly?
Transparency is fundamental in our business, and we're more than willing to clarify our choices and methods. For house washing, while we keep some elements of our detergent recipe confidential, we openly discuss the primary active ingredient. Our proprietary house washing solution contains approximately 1% sodium hypochlorite, complemented by surfactants for effective cleaning. Sodium hypochlorite, akin to the active component in liquid chlorine, is reactive but becomes inert in our formula's ratios before entering the environment. While undiluted application can harm grass, our cautious approach, low ratios, and vegetation protection measures have prevented any issues. This substance is not bioaccumulative and leaves no lasting impact on the environment. Apart from the evident risk to the eyes, there are no anticipated adverse health effects. Sodium hypochlorite is routinely used in pools and drinking water, and we assure you that we wouldn't use it if there were any long-term health concerns for ourselves, our customers, their pets, or their homes.
  • What do I need to do before Dronewash360 arrive?
Yes, we recommend that you take a few steps to prepare your property before our team arrives. This will ensure a smooth process and help us provide the best possible service. Close all doors, louvres, and windows. Avoid hanging out washing on the day. Remove wall ornaments, delicate pot plants, items of a cloth nature (like cushions on outdoor chairs, clothes horses), or anything susceptible to damage from cleaning chemicals or hoses passing over your verandah. Raise any perishable goods stored in your garage that may be affected by water ingress, in the unlikely event this occurs. Please unlock any gates to facilitate access to the rear of your house. If your property is on a small or tight block, consider informing your neighbors about our appointment. They might appreciate adjusting their plans, such as doing their laundry on a different day. By taking these steps, you can help us provide a safe and efficient pressure washing service for your property.
  • Is Dronewash360 insured?
Yes, our operations are backed by a $20 million Public Liability insurance. We understand the importance of safeguarding our clients and their properties, which is why we have taken the necessary measures to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Our insurance policy covers damages or injuries that may occur during our service, giving you peace of mind knowing that you're in good hands.
  • What areas do we service?
We proudly serve Australia wide. Don't see your area listed? Contact us to see if we can accommodate your location. Feel free to reach us through our Contact Form for any question's you may have!
  • How do I get a price?
Feel free to reach us through our Contact Form for prompt communication. A no obligation free site visit will be required to properly quote your cleaning requirements.
  • Do I need to be home?
While it's ideal for you to be present if you're aware of leaky windows, in most cases, we can proceed with our work even if no one is at home. We do recommend if you cannot be home that you place towels around any windows or doors in case of any leaks appearing. Rest assured that our team of professionals is trained to handle any situation that may arise during the service. Additionally, our operations are backed by a $20 million Public Liability insurance, which means that you can have peace of mind knowing that you and your property are protected in the unlikely event of any accidents or damages occurring during the pressure washing process.
  • What if I know of any windows that leak?
Your assistance in identifying any leaky windows and their locations would be valuable. This information enables us to exercise extra caution during house washing. Additionally, we recommend considering the use of old towels to block them or taping up exposed grills in specific bathroom windows for added protection.
  • What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or direct deposit. We provide comprehensive details, along with payment instructions, in our proposals and invoices. We aim to make payment as convenient as possible for our clients. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please feel free to contact us.
  • Why do we recommend Soft Washing for your House Wash?
At Dronewash360, we always recommend soft washing as the best method for house washing. Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses a combination of specialized cleaning solutions and gentle water pressure to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from your home's exterior surfaces. There are several reasons why we recommend soft washing for house washing. First and foremost, soft washing is a safe and effective way to clean your home without causing damage to your siding, windows, or other delicate surfaces. Unlike high-pressure washing, which can strip away paint, crack siding, or break windows, soft washing is gentle enough to clean without causing any harm. Secondly, soft washing is more thorough than other cleaning methods. The specialized cleaning solutions we use are designed to penetrate deep into the pores of your home's exterior surfaces, breaking down dirt and other contaminants at the source. This means that your home will stay cleaner for longer, and you won't have to worry about frequent cleanings. Finally, soft washing is environmentally friendly. The cleaning solutions we use are biodegradable and safe for plants, pets, and people. Plus, because we use less water than traditional pressure washing, soft washing is a more sustainable option for homeowners who want to reduce their environmental impact. Overall, soft washing is the best method for house washing, and we highly recommend it to all of our customers. If you have any questions about our soft washing services or would like to schedule a cleaning for your home, please don't hesitate to contact us today.
